Biography
David Herro joined Harris Associates in 1992, having earlier managed international portfolios at the Principal Financial Group and the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, and has managed the Oakmark International Fund since 1992. He co-leads the firm's international equity team and manages its international, international small cap and global funds. Morningstar named him International Stock Fund Manager of the Decade for 2000–09 and International Stock Fund Manager of the Year in 2006 and 2016.
