Damon Ficklin

Biography

Damon Ficklin joined Polen Capital in 2003 as a research analyst, having earlier been an equity analyst covering health care at Morningstar and a tax consultant at Price Waterhouse. He leads Polen's Quality Growth team, is lead portfolio manager of the Global Growth strategy and co-portfolio manager of Focus Growth, which he also co-managed from 2012 to 2019. He holds accounting degrees from the University of South Florida and Appalachian State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
